Elastomers can be found in many products and applications. In addition to tire applications, elastomers are used to manufacture technical products such as seals, hoses, cable sheathing, gloves and much more. While the collection and reuse of tires is well established, the recycling of many other elastomer products is not yet economically and/or technically attractive. Our next Fraunhofer CCPE compact "Elastomers - Advanced technologies for recycling" on April 25, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm (CET) will address this need for action and initial solutions.
