Plastics of tomorrow - what should they be like?

The next Fraunhofer CCPE compact event on February 24, 2022 will focus on the topic: "Plastics of tomorrow - what should they be like? Sustainability and climate protection have become strategic goals of today's corporate policy. Demands on new plastic products are increasing: they must be durable, reusable, recyclable and, if possible, repairable. What new approaches and solutions does offer plastics research for this? How good are these approaches? Which product strategy does fit better to your products? These questions will be discussed at the event and the latest developments from CCPE research will be presented to the professional audience. The event will take place virtually from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The event language is German.

Companies in the circular plastics economy always want to be up to date. To provide them with news and information on all aspects of the circular economy, CCPE has launched the "Fraunhofer CCPE compact" event series. In individual workshops, CCPE researchers report on their latest developments and provide exciting insights into application-oriented plastics research. In the subsequent panel discussion, experts come together to exchange their views and opinions on these topics.
